Hi

I'm new to this site so thought I'd write a bit about me. I am 34 female who in the last 2 years has slowly but indeed definitely gained 15kg - and it's all lard that has stuck to my ass, hips, legs and backs of my arms! I am currently weighing 80kg, this is about as heavy as I got full term pregnant 12 years ago, so figure it's about time to do something about it.

2 years ago I was the fittest and healthiest I have ever felt, my training consisted of a 5 day weight training split and running every morning (adrenaline junkie) spin classes and a couple of yoga's. I ate clean, seldon knocked back the piss and enjoyed my clean, fit, strong, healthy lifestyle. I was very lean and got my lean mass down to 8kg .... And most of all I loved to train....Fortunately but unfortunate to my lifestyle I had a change in jobs, cities, life circumstance and hit the fat bastard food, booze, late nights and entered mthe highly strung out corporate world, thank goodness I have kept training otherwise the damage could have been way more!

Obviously my training now is a lot less intense, as I am heavy, slow, in motivated but drag my ass to the gym, do half arsed training tanked on shit food and feeling. So I've joined this site after reading and feeling inspired to clean my act up! I figure im going to go back to basics with my nutrition and hopefully this in itself will Bring about some changes.

My motivation has to be how good it feels to befit, healthy and strong and my desire to look hot on my wedding day next summer, but the struggle wil be staying focused!

So back to basics it is, any tips hugely appreciated...

I am a terribl
