Warrior diet?

So i was sifting through some websites last night and came accross this 'Warrior Diet' which offers a different way of eating/dieting to lose weight and get cut. The basic gist of it is, you pretty much starve yourself for 20-hours a day and eat a massive dinner.

The results i've read about and seen speak for themselves. I am blown away at how well this has worked for most and am thinking of going onto this diet once i reach my weight goal.

If anyone has tried this diet or has any feedback on this or the leangains diet, id like to hear from you or get your opinion :o

I would prefer to use an IF protocol with a 16hr fasting window and 8hr feeding window because I dunno how easy it would be to eat for four hours straight, you'd have to have a huge appetite. But give it a whirl and don't forget to take some before and after pics :nod:

agree with this, i tried IF for a while, with a 20 hr fasting window and 4 hr eating window, it was really hard to get the calories in

i generally have a huge appetite, can manage 5-6k cals a day if i don't control myself, but that didn't help when it came to the 4 hour eating window, just couldn't get it all in

this is on low cal too, pretty sure i'd never be able to get the sort of cals i bulk on in with a 4 hr window
