SERM v AI

Recommended Posts

Okay so here’s some food for thought, all be it a bit new age (perhaps?).

Let’s say someone was considering PCT options for a test only cycle (Test E @ 500mg/week for 10 weeks total) and had considered the possible negative sides of SERM in comparison to an AI. After an evaluation of these had decided on potentially using an AI (only) as their PCT.

Here’s what it may look like as a potential model:

•Weeks 1 – 10, Test E – 2 x 250mg p/w.

•Weeks 1 – 12, AI (let’s say adex) ¼ mg every 3 days (estro management)

•Week 13, AI @ .5mg p/d ??? (reduce excess estro and kick start natty test)

•Week 14 to ?? some sort of tapper off period of AI to avoid an estro bounce back while natty test is coming back up.

Week 13 onwards DAA and zinc sup.

Just looking for healthy debate on this one i.e. old school (SERM) vs new age (AI).
