Hey,

Just joined site, thought I'd say a bit about myself and what my goals are at this stage.

So i'm a 26 yo guy, 74kg, 180cm, I really want to hit 85kg.

I got sick of having small arms, no chest, stick legs and being weak, so...

I have sold gym membership, as I was sick of waiting for racks, etc, and purchased a cage, bench, olympic bar with 140kgs of plates, and a dumbell set. I have had this home setup for 2 months now and its going really well.

My trainer is awesome, set's me up with a months plan and checks up each week to see how I'm going.

Currently my 1 rep max' are:

Bench press 85kg

Deadlift 125kg

Squat 95kg

Ahhhh.....yea diet plan not really good. That is something i really need to work on.

Im off to see my trainer early next week and will post my next 4 weeks workout then.

Would appreciate some ideas on meal ideas. I love chicken!!!

How come you are asking for meal Ideas and yet you have a trainer??? He must be milking it :pfft: :pfft:
