Good day everyone.

My name is Josh, I'm a qualified fitness consultant at a gym in Cambridge and have recently started pursuing powerlifting with a bit of bodybuilding on the side. As my father Pabs, (who is my greatest inspiration and the sole person i have to thank for my determination and basis of training) has said, Doug M took us under his wing and I have learned a heap from him already along with using my own knowledge to help with my training. I enjoy being a part of something bigger than myself so powerlifting and helping others train has been a blessing.

At the moment, I'm not the biggest guy out there by a long shot, but i do what I can and will keep on pursuing my goals. I look forward to getting/giving feedback and getting to know the community as it is.

My current stats are:

Age: 18

Height: 5'9

Weight: 68kgs

I am going for new maxes in my lifts next week, but here are how they stand as of now.

Squat (raw): 120kgs

Bench Press (raw): 115kgs

Deadlift (raw): 185kgs

As you can see, my legs are my weak point, but I am hoping to boost those numbers very soon.

Cheers guys, I've been concentrating on powerlifting since about January this year but I have been training/using weights since i was about 15, so I've always had the basis there. My max bench at the start of the year was around 85-90.

Chompa has been doing a lot of bodyweight stuff since he was knee high to a grasshopper. I'm waiting for the day when he surpasses me in strength and size due to him powerlifting training now. Until then I'm making the most of ordering him to make me coffees.

I do say please though.
