Hey,

This is my obligatory introduction post basically giving my background and getting myself in a position to get back in to my training as it used to be. I'm 28, been training for 8 years and spent two years not sure what to do in the gym before that so you could technically say i've been training for ten but i only consider it eight. I used to train at Y-Fitness/Sky Fitness when I lived in dunedin but for the last 3 or so years i've been travelling around the country doing different jobs/studying and even travelling to Canada for a bit in that time, my weight has fluctuated from 97kg down to 84kg and right now i'm sitting around 92/93kg.

Apart from my brother I've burnt through every training partner i've had and i'm looking to really push myself to get in to competitive body building. I was definitely in my best shape at Sky and want to get back to that condition with an extra 10 kilos or so. The gym I'm at isn't really body building oriented, i.e. we have alot of Zyzz fans who train here, but it does have everything i need for now for my training. My purpose for joining the forum is to get advice and basically as an outlet to get opinions, voice my concerns and be part of a bodybuilding community.

I havent done any intial measurements but can add those in the next few days basically I'm 6ft and as I said above fluctuate between 92/93kg. My diet is inconsistent but I'm already on top of fixing that. Looking forward to being part of the community.
