Hi all!,

I am yet another newbie stumbled across this site looking up why the dosage of Pharmafreak test freak was reduced to 2 nightly instead of 4. i found my reason so thanks.

i started at the gym after after many years of neglect and continually out growing my clothes. i have been a five to six day a week guy for about a year now. i have lost quite a bit but would be happy loosing a bit more. a simple goal would be to see my abs at least once in my life!

i lost about 10KG then plateaued for months. - i admit i am not the best with diet, i still eat fish and chips on a Friday, but do start the day with protein (mutant whey). i get feed at work - mostly healthy stuff so only have protein for dinner (mutant or eggs). so no late carbs

i have been following programs from that big american site and have had pretty good results, among other programs i have completed the last cycle "Jim Stompinis" shortcut to size was really good, i learnt about rest pause and drop sets. but still maintained my mid line.

i have maintained really good motivation and give every work out my best. current i and am in week 3 of Kris Gethins 12 week hardcore (fat loss) program. now im doing 40mins a day cardio together with 5 day weights. needless to say i am losing again. i am aiming for week 12 transformation and maybe get to see those abs!

i did a body comp test on Wednesday so i have a start measure.

Supplements, some - i take mutant shed in the morning, im not so keen on coffee so it dose the trick, and prework outs usually. - currently alternating between metaphysics Red demon - and just finished a tub of Nerocore.

will be off it now for a month.

i have ordered some NO -Xpolde but will clean out first.

my muscle tone and volume is much better than when i started but still very much a junior. i think its probably a bit harder to start at my age but never to late. i like the rush i get from a good work out and wish i had discovered this ages ago.

so thats about me, honest and upfront, i hope you take the time to share some of your wisdom with the new guy. i look forward to learning and growing!

hey welcome,

diet is not easy, one of those things you constantly work towards until you nail the good habbits in to your system. nothing wrong with fish & chips and stuff every now and then as long as you can fit it in to your macro targets, it's only when you make those unhealthy foods a regular habit is when you start running into heart risks and all that

careful with getting too caught up with bodybuilding.coms workout trickery. they tend to promote a 'latest & greatest' workout plan every couple of days.

whatever you've picked make sure you give it a fair go by doing it for the entire 12 weeks, hopefully it's a good one which includes the major compounds lifts.

also are you ordering that no xplode from bb.com too? just wanted to say be careful! apparently no xplode is reformulated just for NZ (which american sites don't stock) and customs can hold your whole order if they found you imported the 'non approved' version. having said that i was lucky enough to get in no xplode 2.0 (which i loved!) real cheap but won't be ordering again since a friend had sent an email to customs to properly confirm it's import compliance in nz

care to share what is your current motivation? so we can categorise and judge you of course :twisted:
