Your over training arm's IMO. Hitting them when you train back and chest as they are secondary muscles so probably training them 4 times a week.

You training for the NZA crew?

I got better recovery and growth from doing arms on their own day, away from back and chest days. Doing drop sets has my arms hammered on both nights.

The seperate arm day ensures they get the workout they need, and I can go hard as they aren't fatigues already or needed for anything else.

Works for me.
