stomach flatening, possible?

Probably unlikely but do you have Lordosis? I see it in a lot of guys who don't do enough work on their transverse abdominus, and have weaknesses in their glutes and "lower abs".

Any side bends and twists are a waist of time.

The TVA is most likely weak, and the quadratus lumborum short and tight.

If its not your TVA it is Lordosis, caused by short hip flexors, weak abs and tight lower back muscles.

You should be able to hold a position of TVA contraction for 30 secs kneeling.

The bloat from AAS is a collection of fluid around the intraabdominal wall due to a stimulation from the excess hormonal change.

Also, some cheap protein powders can cause this due to water retention in the gut, thats why you cut your whey supps out four weeks before a comp as they induce water retention, and fluid meals decrease metabolic rate.

was doing vaccums yesterday at home.

Girlfriend says: "what the f*ck are you doing?"

Me: "flattening my stomach"

she lol'd

Okay 6 weeks later.

What's your verdict?

Honestly the vaccums went out the window after a week or two. What worked however is a combo of ab wheel roll outs and wood choppers. I noticed a difference but when i asked my girlfriend she said i looked the same  . Also at the moment I am eating alot less so there is less in the pipeline to push my belly out. But the resistnace training makes me feel tighter around my mid section. Going to keep at it still got more to go.
