hey guys and girls. i am new to working out iits time i got healthy and fit as i gave up smoking on the 26 feb this year and havnt started again..

im 19 nw turn 20 tomorrow lol

i work on a dairy farm just out side of inglewood taranaki

been farming for 4 years nw its good fun.
