Hi all,

Yes I’m another newbie here and also newbie to bodybuilding. I have been hanging around gyms most of life, either half heartily training or working in them. Anyhow after a decade of slowly getting fatter and fatter, 18months ago I had enough I was 107kgs and around 20% body fat, it was time for serious action, so I set a goal of doing a particular bodybuilding show. I had 18months of GOOD training along with 18months of good dieting and last weekend I did my first bodybuilding show. I dropped over 21kgs in fat and water, and was on stage just over 84kgs, which qualified me to complete in the athletic class for my height but I had already entered as a Novice Physique. The last 3 weeks of dieting was probably the hardest thing I have done in a very long time, but it paid off. My results were better than I expected and I had a great time on stage, it was a very well run show. So I now that I have 1 show under my belt and I want to do it again next year, and I’m here to learn more about bodybuilding.

Cheers

Ryan

Well done mate, that's an awesome workload and a great effort dropping that much weight. Be good to see how you progress from this point.
