1.1kg Pork Shoulder roast, 300g vege with olive oil, chocolate nut cheesecake filling, milk and feta&spinach dipping sauce.

Cheesecake filling was just 250g Cream cheese, 250g cottage cheese, 1TBS nutella, 3 scoops Nutratech chocolate protein, 100g crushed mixed nuts.

Perfect way to end a 20 hour fast =P~

It was yesterday. Busy at uni all day, and then I worked last night so only really had time for 1 meal. Still worked out to approximately 4000calories of mostly protein and fat though =P~

Sounds like a real good feed mate :lol:

Im doing similar feasts once a week in my comp prep. Look forward to it in the couple of days leading up to the weekend.

What scared me was that I still wanted more after that :oops: Needed more veg I spose.

I'm guessing your feasts will include a lot more carbs, refeed style?

But I don't wana burn fat! I've still got 2.5kgs to fill out my weight class :pfft: Getting a bit pudgy though...
