WPI versus Whey Protein?

you mean whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate?

basically isolate contains more protein than concentrate does (most are around 90% protein per serve) with concentrate being around 80%.

isolate contains less fat, carbs and lactose than concentrate but also alot of the good vitamins etc are stripped out in the process.

Though a lot of the companies are adding the goodies back into it. But it can be twice the price of WPC. If you aren't lactose intolerant, go for the WPC.

I am doing WPI as lactose is the devil, for me.

Isolate is better obviously but unless your getting ready for a bodybuilding show I'd just go for a good quality concentrate...most concentrate's are a mixture of WPI and WPC anyway. Off season id rather have a mixture of the two and have added glutamine and aminos than a straight WPI
