Couple of Sheiko queries

Hey Fellow sheiko fans.. couple of questions to help me improve:

Deads to knees - when Boris says this, he means "deadlift off the floor, pause with bar below kneecap, then pull through to finish the lift", not lower to floor and re-set?

Breaks between sets - somewhere i was encouraged to keep breaks between sets to under 2m if possible, but what's the advice of those who know more ?

Breaks between sets - somewhere i was encouraged to keep breaks between sets to under 2m if possible, but what's the advice of those who know more ?

it depends on your conditioning. He has recommendations in his book- but the sensible approach is always to prioritise strength performance with the powerlifts. Your conditioning will improve over time- but the priority is always on getting the sets and reps done as best you can, not the speed you complete them by.
