Hi all,

I'm new to the site and thought i'd introduce myself.

I've been a member at Les Mills for about a year now but haven't been using it much. I seriously want to remedy that now and this site has quite a lot of useful advice.

I have never been fit so my first goal is to get fit. After that, i'll probably be looking at buff up a bit as i am quite thin right now [apart from the gut :(].

Got the standard intro and basic workout plan when i joined Les Mills a year ago but it think it's time to revisit that and learn some new drills and proper techniques.

Anyone with suggestions for a good trainer for at Les Mills Wellington please do let me know...

Im a PT at Les Mills in Wellington. Id be happy to meet up and chat about training and diet.

I like to work with people that want to either build muscle and strength and/or

help with nutrition.
