Essences?

I use essences alot in my shakes. I use flavours like raspberry, rum, butterscotch, lemon, orange, vanilla. You can get them from the baking section in your supermarket. They have no nutritional labels on the bottles. They are'nt sweet or anything.

Does anyone know much about them. I hope they are ok?

I know other bbs that use them, but dont really know what is in them.

Can anyone shead some light on this for me?

They just give variety in taste which really helps.

Agreed. I dont see the problem if they have very small calories. I havent heard anything bad about them and they are contained in a lot of daily consumed products anyway.

do you reckon they would taste nice in unflavored protein powder ??

Add cadbury cocoa powder and splenda to unflavoured protein, thats how i got through my fontera 20kg.
