Had a sneak preview of finished product today - for those of you who keep knocking CF, come in tomorrow between 8-4 and get a slap in the face at what is an amazing world class facility - nothing in Chch comes near it. If 7 squat racks aren't good enough for you, nothing is.

it was fucking boss!!

i almost forgot what a decent equiped gym was like. as lowfat said, decent amount of squat racks, large free weights area, machines for miles and a decent cardio section.

im quitting my current gym and joining asap :grin:

Gears is good, but the gym has zero atmosphere, its like being in an office (with music you would hear at your doctors waiting room)

over all a good gym but far too many FOB, smelly homos need to learn basic hygiene - MNZ is bringing fly spray to training today.

You stay in CHCH GF? yes you are right about the atmosphere but that dont bother me really. lol at the FOB and smelly homos comment, i hope one of those fobs wasnt me or smelly homo for the matter :oops: haha

i really liked the gym, i suppose its not 100% perfect but compared to the over crowded "sardine can" sor of gyms around CHCH around christchurch I cant complain.
