How can I make a bodybuilding weightlifting routine?

Recommended Posts

Best thing would be to ask to see a gym instructor or PT at your gym.

There are so many variables to consider so any program someone gives you on here might not be suitable.

Things like past exercise history, injury history, mobility issues.

All should be addressed so that your program is personalized, and gives

you piece of mind your doing the right stuff  .

Good luck!

You change it periodically (say every 2 months), not every week.

As a noob, it is easy to start with a full body routine and tweak it to make it work for you. The variables include how many days a week, injuries, your willpower, and diet and sleep.

3 or 4 day splits are good, but it comes down to your needs and how much dedication you can put into it.

There are some good workout routines on this site.

You can build one of your own too, and it makes sure you cover all the muscle groups.
