I have had 5 months off training. I Will go with my usual 4 day bodybuilding split. Will begin build Monday 23rd.

What do you suggest is a sensible way of easing into it ?

With that much time off, might be better as far as easing into it to do a

upper/lower split for a couple of cycles before a more traditional BBing split.

This will give your body more chance to get a taste for the training again

without over doing it.

Mon-upper. Tue-lower. Thur-upper, Fri-lower.

Then when you switch to a larger split keep the volume lower and monitor your recovery ability, also make sure your getting diet sorted as soon as you can :pray:
