Morning all,

Just had my 4th back sprain of the year and getting kinda sick of it. The dr and chiro all say the same thing it's chronic due to the injuries suffered from my cricket days. They tell me to strengthen my back and that goes well for awhile then one day getting out of bed and it feels like I'm paralysed.

I've been doing some reading on hgh and some people claim that it can help to rid you of ailments and help the healing process.

Can someone help?

Turns out to be a herniated disk which no drug/steriod will help. This is balls no gym for 3 to 6 weeks

If within the next 6 weeks I get a shooting pain down my left leg then yes. At the moment the pain is only in my hamstrings so not so bad. I just can bend from side to side
