Hey guys I have been visiting this website for the last four or five years and have gained alot of knowledge from these forums so i thought its about time to introduce myself, I am a 22 year old male started training at about sixteen years old but ended up knocking it on the head, Then when I hit 20 years old my weight hit 137 kg (Mostly fat) and i decided to slim down, about sixteen months later through lots of hard training and good nutrition i hit 93kg and felt i was getting too skinny at that point i ended up meeting a local powerlifter and started to train with him I am now sitting at 6'3 104kg unsure of body fat percentage basically training to get strong I have a few questions i wanted to ask but unsure whether this is the right part of the forum too ask them plus i dont wanna ask anything thats already been answered.

sounds good man, welcome aboard.

you can ask some questions here but most likely this thread will be bumped off the front page 'top 5' list pretty quickly and may not get answered so if you've done a quick search of what you wanna know and don't find it, just go along to the appropriate section (like diet/bodybuilding/powerlifting etc.) and create a new thread there with all your questions.

Yeh man I have had a look at there website and from what I've seen it is a pretty basic setup but they know what they are doing, Probably my main reason for going there is to gain more knowledge and tweak up my own workouts from what i learn, Plus I would love the chance too train with some top powerlifters and see how much hard work it takes to reach their level.
