dumbbell tricep ext & skull crusher

I use the ext to warm up the elbows, i suggest u do the same and then go heavy on the crushers.

thanks mate, but im not too keen on going heavy on crushers, im not comfortable putting the weights down after a set. the position is just awkward for me.
