4 days for CAPO lifters to get entries in.

Remember only CAPO members can set RAW, RAW PLUS and EQUIPPED, NZ records. World GPA Records (Raw Plus) can be set at this event too. A New Zealand first on all counts.

Message me if you have a problem or a delay please :)

Once entries are finalised we can set out the cash prize list and other prizes.

So can we show up on the day and have a lift as a novice?

Why you wanna lift as a novice?

this

As I stated in an earlier post:

Lifter numbers for Novice section have been capped and it looks as if we will have over 40 lifters for the event.

However... if you do turn up on the day and weigh in by 8am we "may" be able to squeeze you in if there are the usual no shows.

I have room in the CAPO section though if you wanted to register as there are less lifters. Novice is always a large contingent 8)

thanks Damo, Rachel, Emma, Geordie, and all the spotters/ loaders, judges as well as the BB Forum guys I met. The AUT crowd were wild and exciting to watch, and the

It's not corny to say it's the people that make a competition but it was definitely the case.

Peter Weatherall, Big Dan and Big John all deserve a mention of course. Big lifters are always impressive to see guys, thank you for the opportunity to share the platform with you.
