BROTEIN pancakes (bulking)

this is a recipe i made from an actual proper pancakes recipe that is the bomb, but obviously i have changed it so it has more protein, less carbs and fats. though theres still plenty in there lol, but the nutro profile is much better this way without sacrificing too much flavour/texture.

2 eggs (large)

sugar 50 grams

yellowtop milk 600mls

butter 50grams

flour 200grams

b.powder 20grams

WPI 150 grams

in a bowl, chuck eggs and sugar, whisk together. dont need to aerate, just mix it up well with a whisk.

melt butter, add it to egg mix, whisk together

add milk, whisk together

add all dry, whisk well till smooth.

set aside to rest for half hour (DONT skip this)

cook them! use a pan with spray oil, have your elements on half or just below halfway. ovens vary but im sure you can figure this out. the above made a huge mix, i got 14 decent size pancakes out, next time i will make them bigger to get 10 pancakes out.

nutro of full mix= P190 C225 F54

so if 10 pancakes, each one is P19 C22 F5.4
