I've got it in both hips and I haven't been able to squat for months. Iniatlly I saw a chiropractor/physio for 3 months while resting lower body. I started back with lights weights and still just as painful if not worse. I can't squat half what I used to without any pain.

Has anybody had success with surgery or found something that works for them??
