Only part I was misquoted on was the raw taking more time, obviously it takes a lot longer to get into and train in a suit/shirt.

:pfft: It is a look that suggests that haha. We didn't think we would be lifting so put some weight on there then he wanted some reps, 210kg without a warmup is not fun really lol just did some average depth singles but that was all that was needed

Has he tried a belt on for Deads? (forgot if he used one for squats) Help at all? To get 317.5 as far as he did without a belt is one of the more impressive things I've seen :shock:

Like I said on FB mate...the more exposure the better fellas. You should see if the NZPF will help you out with some travel and accomadation funds..even a small contribution would help eh. Seeing as youre out there promoting the sport and paying Subs to the association and Federation along with entry fees...give it a go. Well done :clap: 8)
