Rate my Latest 5day Split


Ignite

Monday - Chest & Abs

Benchpress 3x8

Incline dumbbell Press 3x8

Peck Deck 21's - sometimes replace this with cable flys or incline flys(dependant on equipment available)

Close Grip Bench Press 3x8

Tricep Dips 3x8

Dumbbell Pullovers 3x8

Abs

Tuesday - Back & Cardio

Bent over rows 3x8

Wida Arm Chinups 3x8(Cant do 3x8 yet=[)

Seated Roaw 3x8

Pull upps 3x8, last set till failure

Deadlifts 3x8

20mins stationary bike

Wednesday - Shoulders

Barbell Shoulder Press 3x8

BTN Press 3x8

Side lateral raises 3x20

Front Plate Raises 3x8

Upright rows superset with Reverse Flys 3x8

(sometimes add in 100 rep side lateral raises, 50 each arm, alternating between sets of 10)

Abs

Thursday - Legs

Squats 3x8

Leg Press 3x8

Lying Leg Curls 3x8

Leg Extensions 3x8

Calf Rasies 3x8

20mins stationary bike

Friday - Beach session, Bi's Tri's abs and traps

non structered session, just smoke over the above 4 muscles till failure.

Stats - 5,9 80kg. Fat.

Looks pretty Solid mate.

Only Thing I would change would be your rep range on leg day especially exercises like calf raises doing 3 sets of 8 on calves wont even tickle them Calves need volume to grow (Look at Dancers)

My preference is pushing up the reps to 12-15 with most of my leg stuff and I would also add in another set to the compound moves.

Only way to really "Rate" the split would be to follow it for a couple of weeks and see if it works
