So this is the first topic im creating and the first step to start burning off my weight in the next 5 months! currently due to get married at the end of the year and wanting to look sharp in my suit!

currently sitting at 92.4 kgs and want to get down to atleast 80kg or under by the end of the 5 months, im 167cms and i do a hell of alot of classes at the gym, but never notice much of a change, but not much weight training, i always feel to self conscious going into the free weights and machines. slowly getting into body pump and enjoying this alot! my diet is starting tomorrow, nothing but salads and oats for breakfast.

I have my motivation starter, (getting into that suit) if anyone has got any tips would much appreciate it, and do you think this is a possible goal at the end of 5 months!

very nice, 5 months is a long time and a lot can happen.

not sure what body fat percentage you are at now so can't go guessing how achievable the goal is.

as long as you stick to a smart diet (check out the newbie guides here and diet section) and put in the work at the gym (even better if you go free weights area, no one's gonna judge you unless you're slacking off in which case take it as extra motivation) then you can be looking real sharp in a nice fitted suit for that wedding. it's ample time for a transformation imo.

Thanks Man, good to know that i have ample time to transform, i have scales that are supposed to tell me my body fat/water %, says that i am 25.4 % body fat! i don't know if thats quite accurate though.

thanks for your comment much appreciated, I'm gonna hit the weights from now on, knowing that ppl are only gonna judge if I'm slacking! LOL i will be putting my all into it
