Hi i've recently joined NZBB.co.nz,

I'm 30....Married....2 kids...1 x Business and have little time to focus on me.

I've trained for many years but like many out there have a plethora of reasons which mean I can't be consistent in my training. Recently I have made it my goal to focus on Family and ME!

Goals: Be consistent and develop musculature especially what others don't like forearms, calves, back and legs. I hate seeing guys pumping out huge bench and bicep curls while neglecting legs and back.

I'll keep ya all posted on any improvements and will ask the knowledgeable members in this site for advice when I plateau or suffer from the "I can't syndrome"
