Cold Muscles

Hi, I read that cold muscles contract with less force, and at cold enough temperatures they approximate something like 3% per degree drop in muscle temperature.

Has anyone had success at building size by purposely training cold muscles? Is there any benefit in this? Or just a silly idea.

I'm a newbie and was wondering why my strength was worst when Im freezing cold, got thinking some.

yeah i heard training cold muscles was the easiest and fastest way to snap city. if your goal is anything other than to play snap, pop and crackle with your body then warm it all up properly first.
