Tennis ball magic

Ok u hear certain things and you think hmm might give that a try but dont expect much, so bought a tennis ball pack of 3 from the warehouse to try some magic on my forearm that hurts if i have been going crazy at the gym, some of you might know the pain, inner forearm just above elbow, fells like splints,hurts especially while curling and letting go of the bar.

Anyways rolled my forearm on the tennis ball for like a good 3 mins.. Pain gone just like that.i swear to god i am not fuckin kidding, i knew it was supposed to be good but not this good.
