where the hell do you get this stuff from? i can get dextrose but cant seem to find maltodextrin do you order it from a health shop maybe.

i no LIPPIN has a product called enduro booster with it in there but i think i just wont the pure stuff for my post workout shake.

at this stage i wont to try a mixture of dextrose and maltodextrin post workout, i no about vitago and will try it sumday it does look good dosnt it.

What's the difference between dextrose and maltodextrin?

Dextrose is a simple carb and Maltodextrin a complex carb. Dextrose is absorbed and utilised quickly providing a rapid energy source, where as Maltodextrin has a slower release into the blood stream.
