Breakfast has its unique importance for human body. It must be healthy but free from fat.

In breakfast you need to eat 2 slice of bread with an egg and a glass of milk or juice. these items are full of energy and warm up body from morning working.

Something like 120g of oats, enough milk to soak it good, then either a can of fruit or 250g of greek yoghurt. Chuck back 60g of protein powder in 400ml milk and you've a bunch of good stuff and dealt to 1000 calories to start the day. Maybe smash back some nuts on the way to work to get the ratios looking good.

Time constraints are the only real challenge with a good breakfast.

I eat whole grain oats as I think they taste better and have a nicer texture than the finer milled (rolled) oats.

Typical breakfast (or post workout) for me is a bunch of oats (~100g if I'm on a diet, more if I'm not), a few scoops of whey, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a cup of water/milk, and some fruit like raisins, chopped banana or kiwifruit. I mix this up like mixing concrete until it's an even mix and then top with yoghurt (optional) and scarf it. No cooking or heating or any of that BS.

Good for on the run too as you can have all the dry stuff premixed and then just dump in some water, mix and eat.
