So, I am in Aussie and being a tightass with money and trying not to get ripped off with pre-workout sups.

My question is, Does anyone know a website that tells you what product and now much of 'x y z' goes into it all.

Always find a doubleshot long black does the trick for me. Find it pretty much as good as any pre-workout Ive tried and beats them hands down for price.

Just mix beta alamine, AKGG, creatine monohydrate, l-leucine, and l-gulamine together is a dark coffee best preworkout ever tastes like crap though. Buy the pure ingredients on bb.co.nz just the nutratech brand nothing flash does the trick!
