20mg pink dbol tabs

D'Bol (Dianabol) can come in any shape, original British Dragon had Octagon 50mg tabs.

If they are round with a small hole in the top you must chew them, they are the real deal but you will shit them out whole if not chewed as they are considered 'hard pinks'.

40mg before training and 40mg after training, also one after every meal instead is an even better idea as they increase protein synthesis.

The 25mg blue and white capsules on the market are excellent too, go easy on these though if you aquire them dosing exceed's the 25mg mark per tab like British Dragons, but due to consumers needs and wants a lesser dosing is stated.

Where the hell do you get this information. All Dbol tabs should be hard. They do not crumble. 80mg Dbol is excessive & certainly one after every meal is just plain crazy advice & will have very little effect on protein synthesis as Dbol takes between 1-3hrs to get into the blood system. If you need 80mg or more ed then your Dbol is bunk or underdosed.

Half them? Im taking one morning one arvo. Does halving them make it considerably better?

A steady flow of awesome, instead of spikes. It is short lived so it would be better to take your chosen daily dose, and spread it out into smaller doses. Better to be anabolic at a lower dose all day, than big spikes.

google it. But go to more than one place and compare info. and as already seen here, don't just believe it because someone said it.

Have pyramid'd up on DBol during front-loading from 20mg a day to 80mg a day.

It was morning and afternoon dosing not pre and post workout tho.

A pre-workout (1 hr at least prior) is enough to work during the workout and post-workout as MNZ says it releases mostly over 1-3hrs.

I split my shorts in a Leg workout and had to cut them open with scissors to continue working out. Legs swoled alot during the workout and the shorts were cutting into my Legs.

Stopped dosing like that when my nipples started feeling a bit sensitive under my t'shirts LOL, and it all went away when I stopped (water-weight gains included :shock: ).

I do not understand most on here having a menstration over 80mg's

Dbol and 2000mg test a week.

Seriously guys, stop reading too much into the health side of things, if your using gear it's not going to be healthy in the dose range that you need for excessive growth and strength anyway.

It REALLY surprises me that people are shocked at 80mg Dbol a day, do it for four weeks and get off.

If you want to skip around in a pinny and bake muffins for the Kelston rugby team and wear an NZ aesthetics singlet them by all means take 100mg test a week with 60mg Nolva a day and 10 mcg clen pd for 2 WEEKS MAX (in case you get gyno) but if you want some beef and some grunt you need a pretty substantial amount of juice, pump that shit up so your sweating in 2 degree weather and those guns got no choice but to grow to 18 inches.

You wont be able to do it when your married with kids and a morgage as it's unfair and selfish, but while your young and free and your goals are size, BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF IT

What you young hotshots fail to understand is gear is only a small part of the growth equation. Go ahead..BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF IT....you wont need to worry about kids because you will be infertile in a couple of years.

Oh mean, I remember that, I was 88kg's in that photo and was 'drying out' but strength was great although I had lost a lot of size coming down from 102kg's.

Had a health scare with high BP 180/95 and high lipids, hypothyroidism and a host of other things including low FSH and LSH.

Had a good 9 months off, cleaned out my receptors with some Cytomel and started again.

But as I have stated I am a life time natural.

It wasn't really a crack at Snoopy as a guy - he's okay - but that comment about health shits me no end.

All of the guys I know that have been around a while (not the fly by night crews!) place a huge emphasis on their health. Most of them get bloods done 6-12 weekly and many work with their doctors (though MNZ has outlined the potential insurance downsides of this).

The other thing I notice is the relatively low doses and types of compounds these guys actually do. Sure there are the exceptions, but they are the exceptions! The wannabe Andreas Munzers seem to be the young gung ho guys wanting results yesterday without doing the hard work or even learning the basics of nutrition/training and how their own individual body grows best.

In my humble opinion, (recognising the first time I saw AAS and talked with someone knowledgable about the subject was only 18 years ago, and I've know been in the gym scene for only 22 years! :pfft: ), I'd say there are some pretty strong misconceptions/myths that people buy into. One that I dont want to see perpetuated in the NZL BBing scene is that you have to be unhealthy to get big or to be competitive. This simply is untrue.

and how much is 'excessive growth and strength'? Pretty big continuum that is subjective.

My wife thinks I have both of those, yet I DISagree.

I have improved by lowering my dosage, and I haven't cleaned out my receptors as I stay on the pine pollen. supernatural styles.

What happens too is people run 1 or 2 cycles, put on some nice 10 kg on their frame, then start a 3rd or 4th cycle using the same amout of gear, don't see any weight gain and quickly assume they need more gear to grow.

If you're 10 or whatever kilos havier you will obviously need more calories not only as maintanence but specially to grow.

I know huge guys who run nothing more than 500mg Test E por week always with amazing results. Why? Because every and each cycle they increase their calorie (protein/carbs/fat) intake.

Serious though, it took me a very expensive 10 weeker of 1000mg Sustanon/week, a bloated baloon-like face and a lump on my right nipple to realise more gear wasn't the answer.

I've backed down to half that dosage on cycles after that, and started to spend more money on supermarket rather than on gear.

Best move.
