Shaking

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on jabbing delts. I jab easy enough but when I go to push the fluid in I can't cause my hands shake to much so I always need a mate to help. Any tips on making it easier?

This! Even when Dave is on clen he can do it, but yeah the shaking sucks...practice makes perfect!

The shaking is fairly normal if you haven't pinned much or if you are moving to a new spot. For delts I aspirate with my index and middle finger and rest my rest on my arm to stop my hand from moving unnecessarily. Try that and see if it is any use.

Breathe easy bro, and turn your hand around onto the syringe to push the plunger. Have a practice and you'll know what I mean. Also make sure your muscle is relaxed as when your nervous etc you sometimes don't notice your leg is tense which is no good when injecting.
