Current crossfit champ. I know most of you hate crossfit, but this guy trains strength as a priority, with met cons made up through the week. Interesting watch I thought, and happy to see he doesn't fall for the paleo stuff that is so strong in the crossfit community.

And I wouldn't mind having a strength and conditioning facility like that here :shock: please.
