After reading some promising studies and a few user accounts, I figured it's worth trying given the price. I got it today and took approx 3g/half teaspoon with my first meal. Holy hell I got the tingles bad! I felt like a crack addict, itching and tingling all over my body. Started just with my face and ears and thought that wasn't too bad, but soon it was everywhere, head to toes. Drove me nuts for a good 20 minutes and I felt quite uncomfortable for another 15 after that. I tried another approx 1g dose before training and felt nothing, and another 1g dose after training and nothing. Think I'm definitely going to have to use smaller split doses if I want to keep using it.

Anyway, just wondering how many here have used it, and what results/effects have you found from it? Anyone else react terribly to a moderate dose like I did? Never doing half a teaspoon again :banging:

yeah it'll do that when you take 3g at once

ive gone through a good 500g of it over a while. Was ok, but wont be buying it again

definalty helps out tho with endurance and gives you a bigger pump

i was taking some pre-wo and some post workout
