Clen cycle help

Hi, i am planning of running a clen cycle to drop some bf.

im currently sitting at 88kgs 15% body fat

from what i have read online the proper dosing protocol is 2 weeks on 2 weeks of for 10 weeks? i am not to sure about this and would like some clarification. My diet is set, low carb high protein 2800 cals. also what do you think i could expect from this cycle, i will be dieting and traning hard and ofcourse incorporating cardio. my goal is to get down to about 10% but i would be happy with up to 12%.

i have read a lot of conflicitng information on how many mcg to run and am also very confused by this.

Yeah there are loads of threads here and elsewhere on this.

Start low and taper up to where you're cranked but not uncomfortable. Remember it has a 36 hour half life. No need to taper off after 2 weeks, just stop and then start again in 2 weeks

There's really not a lot to it.

1. Take it in the morning so you can sleep at night.

2. Start at a low dosage, say 20-40mcg

3. Increase your uptake by 20-40mcg each day or every second day.

4. Stop increasing when the sides get bad enough.

5. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

6. What you will acheive depends on a number of factors, nobody can give you an accurate number.

I am standing at 15% bodyfat too at the moment and weigh about 72 kgs.. im looking to start cut as soon as I hit 80kgs. My height is 5"6 so 80kgs would be enough for me to start cut..

I've got clen and eca caps and thinking to cycle that as soon as I am 80kgs.

So my cycle is goin to be like this:

week 1:

day 1: 20 mcg

day 2: 40

day 3: 60

4: 80

5: 100

6: 120

7: 140

week 2:

day 1: 100 mcg

day 2: 120

day 3: 130

4: 140

5: 140

6: 140

7: 140

week 3: OFF (ECA caps: 1 cap everyday)

week 4: OFF (ECA caps: 2 cap everyday)

week 5:

day 1: 100 mcg

day 2: 120

day 3: 130

4: 140

5: 140

6: 140

7: 140

Week 6:

day 1: 100 mcg

day 2: 120

day 3: 130

4: 140

5: 140

6: 140

7: 140

week 7: OFF (ECA caps: 1 cap everyday)

week 8: OFF (ECA caps: 2 cap everyday)

Week9:

day 1: 100 mcg

day 2: 120

day 3: 130

4: 140

5: 120

6: 100

7: 100

Week 10:

day 1: 80 mcg

day 2: 80

day 3: 60

4: 60

5: 40

6: 20

7: 10

I didnt have a good clen cycle,too many parties in between,wont do shit if your diet is crap.although I did go upto 140 mcg and had no shakes.Will give it another go with better planning this time.

yeah no shakes ,even jumped to 160 coz i was so annoyed and then backed off coz I chickened out.
