4 weeks of Deca? I have never heard that, and plenty of gossips in this place.

I have never heard anyone say that is worthwhile, or even mention 4 weeks in the same sentence as Deca. Or anything for that matter except Dianabol.

Seriously, a 10ml vial or testosterone enanthate would be all you need. I did CF. I have done it on 500mg/wk, but found the best was when I was running 375mg/wk average. Just one pin. 1.5mls.

Recovery was king.

You get a good shape and each day is fresh (after the 2-3 week).

Like I said earlier, the cardio wasn't an overnight success, but waking up with no muscle pain was great. Regardless of how punished I was the night before.

Pin 500mg/week and your only getting about 360mg of actual test when you subtract the weight of the ester.....

This is why I mentioned the ester. I didn't just say test.

For plain recovery it was perfect. For Crossfit it was perfect.

Thanks, how long did you run the cycle for?

3 months.

What were your measurable differences or was it just a general increase in overall fitness and conditioning?

ie: did it actually do anything that you couldn't have achieved by being more diligent with your nutrition and training protocols?

I used BCAA, protein, creatine (which I topped using). Eating paleo style.

But once on, the DOMS vanished after week 2.

I had used previously in the weight room, so was familiar with the recovery.

I am at 40 now, and not the young guy I once was. I did it when 39.

OK just be interesting to see if you had followed exactly the same protocol prior to your cycling and see what the difference was if any.

When using a new product I will only introduce one thing at a time so that I can guage my response to it properly.

Just interested mate. Whatever you have been doing is working.

I understand where you are coming from.

I had to drop the creatine (in my opinion) because the dry horrors while doing CF were unreal. I dropped the creatine and it went back to the normal dry mouth that sips can fix.

Everything else was the same. If anything, I pushed myself harder. Overnight healing can do that to you. :wink:
