Diet after the cycle

Keen to see what everyone does with their diet after the cycle is over...do you keep up with the increased cals for a while and then slowly lower it? that's what Dave is planning, but wondering if anyone does do a drastic drop as soon as they hit the PCT phase?

keep it at pretty much the same in anticipation of the next around the corner.. why would dave lower it?

I am now three weeks after my second cycle but still on PCT. I am eating the same as when I was on my cycle except I have noticed a little gain in body fat. I will have to alter the diet to try and combat that. I am also not as hungry but still trying to eat the same.

oh the reason for this topic is mainly asking because while you're on stuff you can eat like a beast/not very clean and still make good gains and lean out, while off the gear obv you will need to eat cleaner but how much cals do you eat ratio wise, no one wants to lose their gains so I am sure the cals will still be a bit high but when do you lower it again to lean out

If you're gonna come off for a while, you need to calculate your new maintennance cals (which should have changed from precycle) and stay somewhere above them for a while IMO. Definitely through PCT and probably a month afterwards too? If your cycle was a cutter then you obviously dont want to go too high and blubber up again for a while.

Also depends how soon you're gonna get back on. The sooner it is the more you can get away with shit.

Otherwise, once your balls have a good swing to them again then your gtg (no homo)
