Pcts and supplements

Recommended Posts

I know it's probably been addressed before but is there any sort of supplements you usualy use when you do your pct?? I mean along with the nolva & any other 'perscribed medz'

I've currently just finished a 10 week cycle, first week off now so not starting nolva for another two weeks (long ester cycle) but I've started taking a natural test booster called 'T bomb 2' which ive read up a bit on and seems it would help aid recovery to some extent.. Any supps you guys use or recomend after a cycle? Or do you not even bother with supps lol

The meds should do the trick, most natty test boosters work in similar ways to pct drugs, just not as well. Like tribulus raising LH levels, but not as much as what clomid would.

Something like a DAA based supplement would differ as it directly stimulates the testies to produce testosterone. (along with the LH stimulation)

Main thing would be to suit your diet and training to suit mang

  • 3 weeks later...

I see that Anaboloc Freak has Resveratrol 25mg per serve as an anti-estrogen and anti-aromatase. Is this teh real reason old folks feel better on it? Lower estrogen, so a more pronounced testosterone count (even if only low).

Not just a simple antioxidant.

Anyone have any experience with this ResV stuff?

Please, I am not trolling. I am just curious as to teh use of it in 'test booster' supplements and the real reasons for being there (aside from scams)

ZMA or at least zinc supp is really helpful.

Mr Musclenz what's your take on adding an OTC test booster? Seems like we will have to use T up over activate xtreme as it's not sold in NZ anymore, or is it best to just go the cheaper route with something like zinc?

Pretty sure zinc is only effective if you are deficient. Tribulus is rubbish.

Best plan of attack is to take your SERM, trian hard, eat well and get your rest. I haven't seen any good science behind any OTC "test boosters" that I can recall.

Creatine and aminos, etc may have a place in pct but only to support the training, eating and resting part that you have to do yourself.

I'd be very wary of anything that costs $100 unless it is an RX med or comes in a bucket :)
