Good strength program

whats a good program to do that last around 16 weeks that i can do in a normal gym so one that doesnt have bands etc.

something that focus's on squat/bench and dead as want to get strong in these three.

I know it's a while since you posted this but I think a modified 5/3/1 would be ideal. I know you don't rate it but if you take a powerbuilding approach to it then I think it is hard to beat for intermediates. You don't need to stick to squat, bench and deadlift but you can vary these. As long as you apply the basic principle of starting with a "core" movement and look at getting stronger at this each week and then following up with assistance to work on weak points. A basic and structured approach to getting bigger and stronger. Just my thoughts.
