I have been doing a lot of foam rolling after making one to roll on, and it has done wonders. Has subsided a fair bit of hip pain squatting and I feel it has improved recovery. I also used to get pain in the right hip an knee driving the car for more than 30min or so an that was basically nil last night driving home from wanganui so I figure the foam rolling is helping even in every day life.

The other week when I was training at The House I saw magnum using 'the stick', he let me have a go an it seemed to be good for targeting specific areas (feel it would do wonders for the quads and musculature near the knees).

So... who has used the stick? Is it efective and a good compliment to the foam roller? And where can you get one at reasonable price in NZ?

Appreciate any insights guys.
