How to use wrist wraps ipf

Hi guys I have a question regarding wrist wraps.

How do you guys get them on without using the thumb loop? Ive searched google and YouTube but all seem to be wearing them with the thumb loop on...

Is there a secret to doing it? I've tried doing them loose and tucking them under and pulling it tight is that the way everyone does it?

why not use the thumb loop? if its broken get it sewn back on. must be a pain in the ass without it!

My thumb loops are fine, it's just in comps you can't have the elastic over your thumb. People fail lifts for this. I'm pretty sure you can't have it dangling either

Just wondering how others get around it

i just put the loop on the tip of my thumb, then its an easy flick off

No reason why you cannot get it over your thumb after wrapping, it can dangle no rule against that.
