Bee Pollen

Has anyone tried bee pollen just started on this take a 2 capsules in the morning also taking 1 royal bee pollen capsule as well, says its got a good source of protien and other minerals something natural to try. See how it goes anyway might fly away :grin: :dancing:

I tried it a few of years ago, one of the very first ones out..

Did not notice any difference at all..infact it was around that time I got hayfever for the 1st time.. (seriously :?) ..I doubt it was the pollen to blame though.. I think.

i would recommend you take bilberry and bioflavanoids instead.
