I think he meant 4lbs for airmail as the max. If you go over the weight limit you have to go with express.

I have used iHerb many times, never any issues

I've done a bunch of orders with them and only had one muck up where they sent me 2 bottles of flavoured Stevia instead of the Animal Pak that I ordered

Got onto customer support and they dispatched me a new batch with what I was supposed to get and I got to keep the Stevia, so that was nice I guess.
