Yep u should lose size on that diet IMO. What's your BMR and what exercise are you doing to lose the fat?

What's up with 85gm of mince for last meal....? Seems a tiny amount

BMR is 2300 to cut, 2800 to maintain .. same excercises wat i did when i was bulking ( have used enhancements) ..

Should i be bumping upto 150 or 200 grams of beef mince ? Is there any other meat i could subsitiute it with ? eating beef everyday would be a bit boring ..
