gym bud does ths frequently, car park cone befor smashing the weights gave it a go and f*ck its some gud shit prewrk out.. u get on the best focused/ gym buz hard to realy put into words, but deff worth a try .. did bies and back totes smashd it, had a much more intense workout, increased weight and reps lol...

who els does ths freqntly and does your exp diffr?

LOL ive done it once and it was weird, i kinda felt like i was in a different gym (trippin) but it was cool cos i could somehow imagine myself at golds gym training with all the big boys lol i was getting paranoid alot tho with the thought of dropping the weights but it was pretty good but wouldnt do it again

Hahahah thts buzzy bro, but if u do try it again dont get stoned lol jst get ona buz so say usually u have 5 hits, just have 2 nd work out pretty mint
