Why buy a foam roller! Make your own!

Here's how to make a foam roller that will never break down. PVC pipe covered in a thin bed mat covered in duct tape (the mat an tape make sure the plastic doesn't slide). Boom! Too easy!

Got all the materials off a plumber friend of mine as well as a hockey ball to help with soft tissue therapy too. So 100% free!! But even if you made it the pipe is cheap and thin material not much either. I'm stoked as this should definitely be very helpful for sorting out the tight hips an low back!

Lol, nice pic hhhh1 - had a laugh.

Yeh fair enough startinfromscratch, the pad does take a bit of an edge off the pipe but more than anything just stops it sliding around too much

I just use the gym's medicine ball. Because it's a sphere rather than a cylinder, I find it really targets the area you're rolling. Deeply!

Another option my physio suggested was to fill a Coke bottle with water, freeze it, then wrap a towel around it. But yours looks like a more long-term solution, HJP.
